Returns & Refunds Policy

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights, because a great experience is important to us at Exit Brewing.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law:
‘Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.’

If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will gladly refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase and as long as there is still ¾ of the vessel left (375mL, 30L or 50L). That is, if there is a fault with the product or Exit Brewing has breached a consumer guarantee. Items must be returned to 10 Superior Drive, Dandenong South, VIC 3175. If unable to deliver in person, the cost of return postage, if applicable, is to be paid by the sender.

Exit Brewing does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. You agree that we are under no obligation to change or cancel an order once you have placed it. If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible at info@exitbrewing.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
